Any changes requested after a quotation has been accepted may result in additional costs and revised completion dates.
Additional work requested by the client will only begin after written approval of the revised quotation.

Project dates are agreed in advance.
If the client requests postponement after materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled, Dodeco reserves the right to charge for:

Decorative Finishes & Colour Matching
Many decorative finishes are handcrafted.
Minor variations in:
- Colour
- Texture
- Pattern
- Brush marks
- Metallic effects
are considered part of the artisan nature of our work and are not defects.
Exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed due to differences in lighting, existing substrates, and manufacturing tolerances.
Existing Surfaces
We are not responsible for defects caused by:
- Damp
- Structural movement
- Cracked plaster
- Loose render
- Water ingress
- Previously failed coatings
Where existing substrates are unsuitable, additional preparation work may be required and charged separately.
Damage & Liability
Clients should remove or protect valuable furniture, artwork, fragile items, and personal belongings before work begins.
Whilst every reasonable care is taken, Dodeco cannot accept responsibility for damage where access restrictions prevent adequate protection.
Completion & Defects
The client should inspect completed works upon practical completion.
Any concerns should be reported within 7 days.
Dodeco must be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify any genuine workmanship issues before third-party contractors are instructed.
Use of third parties without our written consent may invalidate any workmanship guarantee.

Guarantees do not cover:
- Structural movement
- Damp
